West End Residence

The focus for this oceanside condo was to create a new streamlined design with timeless character. The design is strewn with delicate and feminine elements that reflect the client and the project location.

The client wanted a completely new and bright kitchen, but also wanted to keep the original plumbing and electrical layout. We created more storage by adding more functional cabinets, a deeper peninsula, and removing the ceiling header to allow for taller cabinets. Since the square footage of the kitchen is on the smaller side, the sight of appliances can be distracting and an eye sore. We hid both the dishwasher and hood fan behind cabinet panels to create a streamlined look. This also allowed us to create a focal point with a completely tiled wall pair with a stunning faucet. The kitchen now feels calming, bright, and inviting with layers of texture.
